I am Kimutai Milgo Pius a Bsc graduate in Environmental Science from Egerton University. I have previously worked in the field of environmental consultancy as an associate expert with the great passion in environment, occupational health and safety. Being focused to further my interest in the field of environment and safety I consulted a friend who referred me to ISTC website and started organizing to train at the institution as a safety champion in November 2018. Training in ISTC with new fellows was excellent and we were packed with a lot of information in a very short time frame but in a way it was very enjoyable and educative. Tutors attitude and personality was exemplary and built up a rapport with the attendees in no time, the facilities were first class including the lunch that was provided. A week after receiving my certificate on completion, I was scheduled to attend an interview in a construction company and was successfully contracted as a safety officer. The skills and awareness I learnt at ISTC actually earned me the job, I look forward to train more and more at the institution in various levels.
At International Safety Training Centre, I managed to receive excellent and professional training in Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace which led to an International Diploma which is an accredited qualification for professional development and career success showing you have substantial skills, competence and knowledge; through Cambridge International College. I would like to extend my thanks to the whole of I.S.T.C. for the great knowledge imparted to me, since my International Diploma has opened doors for me and I currently work for an International Company which works closely with one of the largest parastatal organisation in the country.
